We handle client and supplier searches in Serenity Mail. Together with you, we define the task and select categories, regions, and business directories. Using AI, we evaluate and select suitable companies. We prepare offers or enquiries and organise email delivery.

If needed, we create or refine your website, register a domain, and set up email. We advise you on presenting your offer and using Serenity Mail.

We monitor results, refine the selection, track responses, and notify you of enquiries and offers. You retain control over the work and choose your level of involvement. We handle the technical and organisational side, while you conduct negotiations with the companies found.

Independent use

You manage the search and email campaigns

If you want to prepare emails and manage campaigns yourself, choose independent use of Serenity Mail. You define the task, and the system selects search categories and locations, finds companies in business directories, and evaluates each one separately using AI.

Serenity Mail selects suitable recipients and sends your offers or enquiries according to the schedule and limits. You track responses and clicks to your website, evaluate results, and manage the search and email campaigns. The plan includes consultations, training, and assistance with setup and ongoing use of the system.

To test Serenity Mail, contact us. Our team handles search preparation and campaign launch.

During testing, we provide full service. If needed, we create or refine your website, prepare emails, and set up email sending.

You receive access to all emails and collected contacts from your campaign, as well as search statistics and results. Over 10 calendar days, you can assess the quality of company selection and the initial responses.

Testing without obligation. After evaluating the results, you decide whether to continue and which plan to choose.

Introductory access

After registration and email confirmation, you receive introductory access to Serenity Mail. You can explore the system and send several emails.

In this mode, contact collection and evaluation, as well as the number of mailing lists and campaigns, are limited. For full testing with your task, contact us.

General limits

The same for both plans:

up to 100,000 company evaluations per month;
up to 1,200 email sends per day;
up to 120 emails per hour.

Recommended volume

Up to 600 emails per day, primarily during the first half of the working day.

Service terms

For both plans

Under both plans, Serenity Mail uses proprietary selection algorithms. AI evaluates each company individually from business directories to determine whether it matches your task.

You handle negotiations, sales and procurement. Serenity Mail does not use AI to write emails and does not function as a CRM.

Social media management, presentation creation and online advertising are not included in the service. We provide consultations and recommendations on matters within our expertise.

After the trial period, we work on a prepaid basis, as is. If payment is not made, cooperation is terminated for at least one year.
