01. Defining the task

We determine what needs to be offered or found, which companies may become clients or suppliers, and where to look for them. With the help of AI, Serenity Mail formulates the search task, taking into account the company's activities and its offer or need.

This task defines the criteria for selecting categories and geography and for evaluating the companies found. Preparation is carried out with the help of AI under human supervision. The task can be refined based on search results and responses received.

02. Categories and geography

AI selects actual categories from business directories and determines the search geography. It takes into account the specialization of the required companies, selected countries and regions, geographical preferences and restrictions.

Categories and cities are assigned priorities based on how well they match the task. The search starts where the likelihood of finding the right companies is higher. Categories, territories and their priorities can be adjusted during the process.

03. Company search

Serenity Mail searches for companies in business directories in supported European countries, including Gelbe Seiten, 11880, WKO, PagesJaunes and other directories. The search is conducted across selected categories and territories, taking their priorities into account.

We use only published information. If a company website is listed, we consult it to clarify the company's activities and specialization. We collect contacts for a specific task in the volume required for the current and next daily mailing. Entire directory databases are neither copied nor sold.

04. Company evaluation and selection

Advanced AI models evaluate each company found individually using Serenity Mail's proprietary algorithms. The multifactor analysis takes into account information from the business directory and the company website: its activities, specialization, and relevance to your offer or request.

Based on the evaluation results, we select only suitable recipients and determine the priority for sending emails. We continuously improve the selection criteria based on practical experience and responses received. A human supervises the AI's work.

05. Sending emails

Serenity Mail sends offers or requests only to selected companies, in the order determined by the evaluation. It takes into account the mail server schedule and hourly and daily limits. Emails are prepared by the client or our team; AI is used to search for and select companies.

HTML templates and manual editing are available for creating emails. Follow-up campaigns can be set up after a specified number of days: for all recipients, only those who visited the website, or only those who did not.

06. Results and adjustments

You have full access to your campaign results: selected contacts, emails sent, website clicks and incoming mail. Information about the recipient company is available for each click from the campaign.

Serenity Mail tracks replies, enquiries and offers and notifies you about them. We assess the main results based on enquiries and website clicks; we do not consider email delivery and opens to be indicators of interest.

With the full-service option, you retain this access and control over our work. You determine your level of involvement and assess actual contacts and enquiries yourself. Transparency protects your interests.

With the full-service option, our team handles the search and email campaigns and notifies you about enquiries and offers. If necessary, we create or refine your website. You conduct negotiations with the companies found.

Terms and pricing

Legality of email campaigns

We use only published information from business directories and company websites. Contacts are selected for the specific task. Data is recorded only to the extent necessary to send emails on the current and following day. Directory databases are not copied in full, provided to clients, or sold.

The legal basis for data processing and sending emails is considered separately, taking into account the legislation of the relevant country. A company's suitability for your offer does not replace the legal requirements for sending emails.

For the first 100 clients with an annual contract, we guarantee compensation for fines and penalties related to email campaigns sent through Serenity Mail, following a court decision in a European Union country. The terms of compensation are set out in the contract.
